Thank you for submitting only one form per child
The total dollar amount due for your child's class(es) is determined by simply multiplying the weekly cost of a class by the number of weeks each class is scheduled to run. (For example: a music class at $15 per week, scheduled for 10 weeks, is $150 due at registration.) This total amount is due upfront, even if your child will not be able to participate in every class or happens to miss a class, for any reason. Classes only commence with a minimum of 5 registered participants and are capped at 20-25 participants. Registrations below or beyond these thresholds will be refunded and the student will be preferred for the next set of classes offered. Class Registrations must be paid in full within 48 hours of submitting this registration form (or of being invoiced, if paying via Credit Card/Apple/Google), or your child's registration may be automatically cancelled and your child might not be able to participate in the class.
Thank you for your registration! If paying via Zelle or Venmo, you have 48 hours to pay for your child's registered classes and will then receive a PIF invoice via email. If paying via Credit Card or Apple/Google, an invoice will be emailed to you asap and is to be paid within 48 hours of being sent. Excited for fun!
